ZI-WBK (Integrity Zone Toward a Corruption-Free Zone) is a designation given to a work unit that fulfills most of the programs related to change management, governance arrangement, human resource management system improvement, performance accountability strengthening, and oversight enhancement.

There are two main components that must be established by government institutions in building an integrity zone toward WBK/WBBM (Corruption-Free Zone/ Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone): the enabler components and the result components.

The development of a ZI WBK is part of a comprehensive and sustainable bureaucratic reform, aimed at improving the quality of public services and preventing the occurrence of corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN) within the work environment.

The Secretariat of the Film Censorship Board (LSF) is strongly committed to realizing clean, transparent, and accountable governance through the development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) toward a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK).

The LSF Secretariat has undertaken various strategic steps in building the ZI WBK, including:

  1. Strengthening the commitment of leadership and all employees
  2. Improving governance and work procedures to be more efficient and transparent
  3. Enhancing the quality of public services to be faster, more accurate, and responsive
  4. Controlling gratuities and reinforcing a culture of integrity in the workplace
  5. Utilizing information technology to support service delivery and internal supervision

Through the development of the ZI WBK, the LSF Secretariat aims to become an institution free from corruption, delivering professional, accountable, and citizen-oriented public services.
